These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Reference Room website and to purchases made from Reference Room Pte. Ltd. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Products & Availability

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and information on our website are as accurate as possible.

Many of the watches we offer are vintage, pre-owned or previously worn. As such, they may show signs of age, wear, servicing or previous restoration that are consistent with their history.

All watches are subject to availability and may be sold through our physical store or other sales channels before the website is updated.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description or listing errors at any time. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Orders & Payment

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted by Reference Room.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues or where an item is no longer available.

Authenticity

All watches sold by Reference Room are guaranteed to be authentic.

If you have concerns regarding the authenticity of a watch purchased from us, please contact us. We will review the matter carefully and may request that the watch be returned to us for inspection or independent assessment.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, watches sold by Reference Room are covered by a 12-month mechanical warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers faults relating to the mechanical operation of the watch under normal use.

It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, impact, moisture or water ingress, magnetism, improper handling, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, straps, bracelets, crystals, crowns or damage caused by third-party servicing or repairs.

Water resistance is not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

If you believe your watch is faulty or have concerns regarding its authenticity, please contact us. We will review the matter on a case-by-case basis and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

We may request that the watch be returned to us for inspection before a refund, repair or other resolution is offered.

Shipping

We take reasonable care to ensure that orders are packed securely and shipped using appropriate delivery services.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by customs, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Certain materials, including exotic leather straps, may be subject to international shipping restrictions. Where necessary, a strap may be removed before shipment.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or free from errors.

Colours, proportions and the appearance of watches may also vary depending on photography, lighting and the device used to view our website.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
